AMF Castings & Engineering was established in the year of 1994, under the kind guidance of our CEO Mr. Kaustubh Shah.

Today, we have gained a reputation amongst the manufacturers of Valves, Pumps and Machinery for their requirements of Alloy steel casting, Stainless steel casting, Cast iron castings, & SG iron castings in the weight range of 2kg to 1500 kg single piece . 

Manufacturing Facilities :-

Moulding Facilities  : We have pneumatic rammers at our foundry due to which compact moulding can be done and defect free sound castings can be produced. We have Co2 moulding system, No bake moulding system and greensand moulding system  

Melting Facilities : We are equipped with MEGATHERM Make 250KW Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace having Two Crucibles each of 500 KGS & 300 KGS 

Heat Treatment Shop : Equipped with 1200mm x 1200mm x 1500mm electrical Heat Treatment Furnace with Air, Water & Oil Quenching Facility. Equipped with microprocessor based Digital Temperature indicator & recorder & controller. 3000kgs. Capacity in each Heat. (Under Installation) 

Fettling Shop : We have well equipped fettling shop with heavy-duty swing frame grinders (2 Nos.), Flexible Shaft Grinder (4 Nos.) & SHOT BLASTING MACHINE (48” TABLE SIZE).

Machine Shop : CNC and VMC for manufacturing precision turned components from round bars, Forgings and Castings

Job Capacity : Weight Range: 2 Kgs to 2000 Kgs per piece in cast iron and SG Iron 500kg per piece in Cast steel and Stainless steel

Manufacturing Capacity

We can produce up to 500 kg single piece steel and stainless steel castings, 250 kg single piece S G iron castings and cast iron castings up to 300 kg single piece. This is due to the elaborate manufacturing facilities we possess.

Quality

We are making very good quality defect free, blow holes and pinholes free sound castings with good surface finish.
